A range of combination ovens for professional catering, Combistar FX comes in 32 models in 6 different sizes, either gas or electric. The models are divided into three zones: base, middle and top, that differ in terms of funcionality and interface. The appliances are characterised by their large vision panels, easy cleaning, reliability, sturdiness and ergonomics (the handle enables opening with left or right hand and also when hands are taken up holding a baking tray, using the elbow or tray itself). The controls, with dialogue box, are easy and intuitive; furthermore the key indications (such as temperature) can be seen from up to 15 m away.
